| Девчёнки, кто сталкивался с такой проблемой как х-образное искривление ног, помогите пожалуйста как с этим бороться ведь это так важно, чтобы ребёнка особенно у девочки были ровные ножки

| Меня мучает эта проблема  .....ходили к ортопеду, назначили нам ортопедическую обувь, солевые ванны и массаж. Массаж лучше делать с парафином, после массажа перевязывать ножки, пить кальций

| нам назначили 1 курс в месяц , каждый месяц до 4 лет. Лучше делать ежедневно, желательно самиой научиться делать массаж и делать его ребёнку

| Массаж желательно делать с парафином, после массажа завязывать ножки эластичным бинтом. А вот на счёт ежедневного массажа , это индиидуально, так как если ребёнок слишком маленький ежедневный массаж может быть нагрузкой. А кто какой кальций принимает?
